As a Course Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey and supporting their transition into mental health support and counselling programs.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment.
• Guide students through the enrolment process, answering queries and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes.
• Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations.

Qualifications

Working with Children Check (employee) or willingness to obtain.
