Belmont Early Education Centre - we are a small privately owned, vibrant childcare center nestled in Tingalpa (Brisbane Eastern Suburb), dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education and care to a close-knit community. With under 50 children, we pride ourselves on offering a personalized and nurturing environment where each child's unique potential is celebrated and cultivated. Our team is passionate about early education, and we're seeking an Lead Educator who shares our commitment to fostering young minds.

The Position :

We are currently looking for a Full Time early childhood qualified Lead Educator to join our experienced team working in our Nursery with ages typically 6 weeks to 18 months old in this room.

To succeed in this role you will :

Have a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Child Care or equivalent ACECQA recognised qualification

Be passionate about early childhood education and the drive to learn and develop

Have adequate communication and leadership skills for the role

Manage your time efficiently.

Have Room Lead experience in running a rooms programming, planning and documentation of children's learning
