Role Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and will be responsible for handling a diverse range of family law matters.

Key Responsibilities :

Providing legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, parenting and property matters.
Drafting legal documents and correspondence related to family law.
Attending court hearings and mediations.
Managing a varied caseload with a high level of autonomy.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law developments.

Requirements :

Admission as a solicitor in Australia.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.

Strong knowledge of Australian family law legislation and procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational and time management skills.
