About the Project The project involves a digital transformation program aimed at modernising and streamlining internal operations and enhancing service delivery. Key focus areas include :

Records and Information Management (RIM) systems transformation Enhancement of budget and financial management tools Design and development of fit-for-purpose databases We seek a highly experienced ICT Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of these complex, cross-functional projects. The successful candidate will provide expert advice, project leadership, and hands-on delivery management, ensuring alignment with best practices in digital transformation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Providing expert advice on ICT and digital transformation project design and implementation Developing and managing project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and reporting Coordinating cross-functional teams, including technical, records, finance, and business stakeholders Ensuring project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and quality expectations Managing vendor relationships and procurement activities related to digital tools Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and systems integration Supporting change management and communication activities If you are interested, please apply as we have limited capacity for candidate submissions.
