We’re partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor known for delivering high-quality HVAC and mechanical solutions across some of Australia’s most prominent commercial and institutional projects.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and consistent collaboration with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, the business is now looking to appoint an Intermediate Project Manager to take the lead on key commercial new build and high-end fitout projects ranging from $2M to $10M.
The Role
- Oversee full project delivery of mechanical services from planning through to completion
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met
- Liaise with builders, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
- Drive reporting, forecasting, and financial control
- Maintain strict safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites
