Pilbara Minerals is seeking to engage a Mining Production Manager for a key mine site leadership role working a fly-in / fly-out roster ex Perth. Reporting to the GM Operations, the Mining Production Manager will lead load and haul and drill and blast operations, while ensuring key production targets are met.

The successfully appointed applicant will hold an Unrestricted Quarry Manager certification with a proven background, driving production across complex open cut mining operations. Highly developed leadership and mentoring skills, resilience and an even temperament will align well, to succeed in the role.
