What you’ll be doing
Level 2 and 3 technical support and administration across multiple client environmentsSenior Project delivery – especially cloud migrations and transformation projects!Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or escalate complex issuesOn-site client visits (you’ll be the face of the team at times)Document and improve processes, always looking for better ways to do thingsJump into senior project work as needed – variety guaranteedWhat you’ll be doing
Solid MSP background with hands-on exposure to : Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Exchange / Outlook, VMware / Hyper-V, Intune, Backup / DR, Networking, Mac / JAMF (don’t need them all – training provided!)Networking knowledge highly regardedFamiliarity with ticketing and monitoring toolsBased in Sydney and happy to be “hands & feet” on site when requiredGreat communicator – written and verbal – with a friendly, customer-focused approachOrganised, adaptable, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environmentA genuine team player who wants to contribute, learn and growWhat’s in it for you?
