About the role

As an Analyst – Transaction Banker in Transaction Banking Payments and Cash Management, your primary role is critical in enabling the PCM sales team to proactively identify, target, and pitch to an existing client base. The role is cross‑functional, supporting the Head of PCM on business matters nationally and directly supporting customers and Transaction Banking Managers within the PCM NSW Team. It offers exposure to senior stakeholders and colleagues across various products, providing enormous learning and collaboration opportunities.

Location : Sydney (242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000)

Type : Permanent

Schedule : Full‑time, 40hrs / week

What will your day look like?

  • Transaction Management : Oversee and manage day-to-day transaction banking activities, including implementations and product migrations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stakeholder Management : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, PCM NSW team, and other departments, to facilitate great customer outcomes.
  • Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on transaction trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement : Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in transaction management. Lead remediation activities to support the business.
