This role will suit someone who enjoys deep system work, running detailed reports, analysing workforce data, and playing a key role in the successful rollout and optimisation of Kronos.

Own and manage Kronos workforce management reportingRun, validate, and analyse Kronos reports to support payroll accuracyIdentify discrepancies between Kronos and payroll systems and investigate root causesSupport Kronos implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live activitiesProvide insights and recommendations based on workforce and payroll dataSupport system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiativesAct as a subject matter expert for Kronos-related queriesSKILLS REQUIRED
