About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, friendly, and organised superstar to join our frontline team within the Medical Centre. You will work closely with clinical staff, reception staff, and the practice manager. This role is permanent full‑time, and requires someone with empathy, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Duties :

• Meet and greet patients
• Manage phone enquiries and schedule appointments
• Maintain a clean, presentable, and well‑stocked reception, waiting room, and consult rooms
• Manage medical records confidentially and efficiently
• Liaise with team members and external providers for patient care
• General administration duties : scanning, emailing, mail, banking, etc.
• Collection and entry of patient details into the system
• Participate in quality improvement activities
• Schedule monthly medication chart bookings for aged care residents
• Participate in staff meetings
• Undertake training for professional development
• Support the team to ensure smooth practice operations
• Report to the Practice Manager
