Job descriptionLead client-facing sustainability engagements, providing advice across ESG strategy, materiality assessment, climate reporting (e.g., ASRS, TCFD), climate risk assessments, carbon accounting and broader advisory projects. Develop and implement sustainability roadmaps (e.g., transition plans and net zero targets) and practical solutions for clients across diverse industries. Collaborate with senior partners and the People & Organisation division to provide integrated services. Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, thought leadership, and market-facing initiatives. Operate as the Melbourne lead for sustainability, mentoring and guiding junior team members as required. Play an active role in the Melbourne leadership team, contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the sustainability function. Contribute to internal sustainability initiatives. 5-10 years' experience in sustainability related advisory services. Ideally, you have experienced with : Assurance of sustainability / GHG accounting reports Financial accounting and reporting processes Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions. Comfortable leading projects independently while collaborating across teams. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the drive to establish and grow a sustainability service line. Passionate about creating meaningful outcomes for clients and society. This is a client-facing leadership role, responsible for driving our sustainability service offering while collaborating closely with senior partners and the People & Organisation division.
