Job descriptionDevelop and implement strategies to enhance OIG’s digital presence across web and social media platforms Manage and execute social media campaigns and maintain content calendars Monitor digital performance metrics and provide insights to optimise marketing efforts Manage and update the company website using WordPress, with a focus on applying SEO best practices Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and analyse performance to improve engagement and conversion Maintain and optimise the company’s CRM system, support user engagement and contribute to process improvements using CRM insights Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including webinars and conferences, and coordinate marketing materials and communications Assist in the creation of sales pitches and presentation materials aligned with client needs Prepare and present marketing updates and performance reports Support internal projects including continuous improvement initiatives Support planning and promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aligned with company values Collaborate with other OIG internal business units to ensure a high level of client satisfaction Ensure compliance with relevant business processes and controls, and contribute to risk and compliance matters and reporting Proactively contribute to improvements across business processes, management systems and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and controls Liaise and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing and client engagement initiatives Holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field Has 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience Is a strong communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills Is highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Has a proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow Is passionate about building a career in marketing and aspires to leadership roles Is collaborative and client-focused, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva) Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into strategic actions Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in financial services and investment management Applicants must have full working rights in Australia Job ad open period : 19 September 2025 – 18 October 2025 Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Marketing and Sales
