About the Role

The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and professional guest service
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality across all areas. Manage reservations, stock levels, and equipment care
• Monitor cashiering procedures and loss prevention controls. Uphold hotel policies, OH&S guidelines, and security protocols
• Preparing the outlets for service periods (stock the bar and get ready for opening)
• Present yourself in a professional well-groomed manner at all times.
• Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team.
• Acquire a full knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage service policies and procedures.
• Comply with the hotel’s standard procedures in regards to waste management.
• Participate in all online and on the job training sessions.
• Adhere to all established cashiering policies and procedures.
• Ensure the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing duties.
• Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor / manager
