HR Managerto manage and coordinate HR across the business. Our team is primarily tertiary qualified Electrical Engineers, with HR supporting a white collar workforce and workload.Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the HR Manager is a generalist role where you are able to utilise your HR experience in a variety of areas including employee relations, performance appraisal, training programs and workforce planning.
Our specialized white-collar workforce sees limited Industrial Relations in the role, however we do require exposure to technical environment as ECG's Electrical Engineering workforce, and requirements are highly specialized.
