Project Manager – ServiceNow HRSD (or Related HR Tech)

Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Project Manager with 10+ years of experience driving complex enterprise software implementations — ideally within ServiceNow HRSD or other major HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.). This role demands more than just stakeholder management — we want someone who leads from the front , gets into the details, and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end ownership of ServiceNow HRSD (or similar HR tech) implementations : from scoping and planning to deployment and post-go-live support.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery schedules.
Identify and resolve issues proactively — you’re the one people turn to when things get tough.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders.
Track deliverables, manage dependencies, run stand-ups, oversee UAT, and lead cutover activities.
Communicate effectively at all levels — from technical teams to C-level sponsors.
Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery models as appropriate.

Requirements :

10+ years of hands-on project management experience, including complex HR technology implementations.

Proven success delivering projects on ServiceNow HRSD or comparable platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).

Expertise in project tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and in driving daily execution.

Strong understanding of HR business processes, data migration, integrations, and platform configuration.

Excellent risk management, escalation handling, and execution discipline.

Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile / Scrum Master are highly valued.
