Join Mission Australia and become part of the team that is driving transformative change across our organisation, with exciting opportunities for professional development. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the successful implementation of change initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our organisational change calendar, ensuring that it reflects key milestones and people impacts. You will engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their change initiatives, providing support where needed. Additionally, you will perform analysis and reporting, working closely with the Change Management Office to drive successful change outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will be to :
Maintain the change calendar by updating it with pertinent milestones and activitiesSupport and liaise with stakeholders in the updating of the change calendar and gathering of change and relevant BAU informationCollaborate with the internal comms team to align messaging and communication strategies for change initiativesParticipate in regular meetings with the internal comms team to share change updates and plans, discuss potential challenges, and ensure a unified approachProvide change analysis and reporting for change initiatives and the change management officeAssist with the design and delivery of training and communication strategies to support change initiatives. Actively participate in change management activities, scrums, stand-ups and meetings as directed by the CMO, contributing to the overall success of initiativesEngage with key stakeholders to ensure their involvement and support in change initiativesAddress stakeholder concerns and incorporate their input into change collateralRequirements for success
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related fieldCertification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, Change Management certificate) is highly desirableA minimum of three years' experience in a change or project management role, demonstrating successful implementation of change initiativesUnderstanding of foundational change management concepts, methodologies, and best practicesBasic project management knowledge to coordinate change initiatives and ensure timely deliveryFamiliarity with relevant tools and technologies for change management and communicationStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with projects / change initiatives, cross-functional teams and departmentsProven ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels and build positive relationshipsBefore starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks.
