Talent Engagement Specialist at Pernod Ricard Winemakers

Key Commercial Leadership Opportunity | Lead RTD Sales Growth in APAC | Sydney based

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with local market sales teams, lead RTD sales growth in Australia, New Zealand and other priority markets in Asia
  • Build and drive business cases for new product development in collaboration with RTD finance team and local market sales teams
  • Ensure momentum on existing SKUs
  • Lead the preparation and execution of bi-annual summits with local markets
  • Provide continuous feedback to the RTD business unity and local market teams on local needs and opportunities
  • Continuously engage with customers and consumers
  • Lead route to market reinforcement activities
  • Closely monitor global commercial performance and key commercial KPIs
  • Qualifications

  • 15 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles in RTD or Beer categories
  • Experience in business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow the business
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and work in collaboration with global teams
  • Deep understanding of customer and consumer needs and expectations
  • Be results-focused, having a clear understanding of what the desired results are and the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve them
  • Ability to travel within APAC
