Procurement Analyst - Indirect Spend Based at Support Office Full-time opportunityMake an impact where it matters - cost, sustainability, and store performanceThis is a high-impact role focused on delivering measurable cost savings, improving supplier performance, and driving value for money through robust analysis, strategic sourcing, and proactive contract management.

You'll play a critical part in supporting our growth and sustainability goals while ensuring operational efficiency across all stores and support functions.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Procurement & SourcingConsolidate spend across high-value categories with a centralised approachIdentify opportunities for cost optimisation, demand management, and supplier rationalisationDevelop and implement category plans and sourcing strategiesLead and support end-to-end tender and renewal processes (RFP / RFQ)Ensure all sourcing aligns with internal sustainability benchmarksData Analysis & ReportingConduct spend analysis to identify savings and efficiency gapsAnalyse market trends, pricing, and performance data to support sourcing decisionsDevelop procurement dashboards, KPIs, and cost-saving tracking reportsSupplier & Contract ManagementMaintain a central contract register with key terms and expiry datesSupport regular supplier performance reviews and contract complianceNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service delivery improvementsBuild strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliersDevelop supplier risk and continuity management plansCost Management & Value DeliveryDeliver cost savings against annual procurement targetsReview existing supplier structures and challenge cost / service assumptionsAssist with forecasting and budgeting across indirect spendPartner with stores, sustainability and support teams to unlock innovation and efficienciesProcess Improvement & GovernanceSupport the application of procurement policies and best practicesEnsure procurement is compliant with legislation and internal frameworksPromote sourcing consistency across all departmentsManage risk and build supply chain contingency plansDrive continuous improvement across procurement processesConsumables Efficiency ProjectsDevelop efficient usage programs for store consumables (e.g.

fatigue mats, register rolls, fitout items)Standardise consumables ordering for new store builds and remodels About You You're commercially astute with a strategic mindset, passionate about driving efficiencies, and confident navigating data, people and processes.

You're also not afraid to have the tough conversations to get the best results for the business.You'll bring : Experience in procurement (FMCG, retail or production environment preferred)Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilityProficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP and BI / Data Warehouse experience a bonusA commitment to continuous improvement and sustainable sourcing Why Harris Farm?
