  • Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management
  • Lead the case management process, ensuring timely and accurate advisory services in line with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Investigative Acumen
  • Conduct thorough investigations aligned with legal and policy requirements, managing fair and transparent processes for misconduct and other employee relations matters.
  • Strategic Advice
  • Offer strategic specialist Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advice, supporting the business and HR in a consistent and commercially sensitive manner.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Manage complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, ensuring compliance and risk minimization while balancing competing needs.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Employee Relations, particularly within the context of Modern Awards and workplace investigations.
  • Strong understanding of employment policies, procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • SHRM, PHR, CP, SPHR, SCP, or similar HR certifications are highly regarded2.
