The Opportunity

This role is perfect for a university student or emerging writer who loves writing, understands social media culture, and can turn ideas into captivating, scroll-stopping content.

You'll be writing blogs that are :

Easy to read

Emotionally engaging

Shareable on social media

Key Responsibilities

Blog Writing & Content Creation

Write engaging, well-structured blog posts for Success Tutoring

Turn topics around education, parenting, mindset, students, and success into compelling stories

Write content designed to be shared across social media platforms

Tone & Brand Voice

Write in a clear, motivational, and conversational tone

Adapt writing style to suit different audiences (parents, students, tutors, franchise partners)

Ensure all content aligns with the Success Tutoring brand and values

Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to receive topics, briefs, and feedback

Edit and refine content based on feedback

Meet weekly content deadlines

What We're Looking For

Essential

Proven experience writing blogs or long-form content in an engaging and captivating style

Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar

Ability to make content interesting, even on educational topics

Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines

Ideal (But Not Essential)

University student studying marketing, communications, journalism, education, or similar

Experience writing for social media or digital platforms

Interest in education, self-development, or youth-focused content

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who :

Loves writing and storytelling

Can turn simple ideas into powerful messages

Enjoys working independently while taking direction

Wants real-world writing experience with a growing brand

Hours & Remuneration

Hours : Approximately 5–10 hours per week

Pay : $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience
