• Hymix have an opportunity for a reliable and conscientious individual with a passion for customer service to join our Customer Service team in Southport! We are a company that provide premium concrete products and lead the industry in innovative concrete solutions. Reporting directly to the Agent Team Coordinator, your team are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. You pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers.

• In your new role, you will :
• Deliver a great customer experience.
• Earn a salary of $60-65K +
• Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia.
• Answer calls and effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products.
• Work within a team of 4 / 5.
• Be on the 7am-3pm shift each day.
