Exciting role to drive sales growth and business expansion for an innovative dynamic listed medical diagnostics company
Atomo Diagnostics is seeking an experienced, hands-on and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to grow our existing sales channels, add new partners and sales channels for our existing rapid tests and novel diagnostic devices, and to secure future partners and customers for new products currently in development. This role is critical in contributing to the commercial strategy and planned expansion of Atomo’s commercial organisation. The candidate should have a proven track record building a commercial pipeline and closing business, executing against the pipeline.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Australian based professional to join a dynamic team with award winning products and technology, already launched across a number of international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage active sales channels of direct and partner opportunities
 - Closing and onboarding a pipeline of new customer opportunities
 - Achieve agreed sales targets and commercial outcomes for the business
 - Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer and distributor relationships
 - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
 - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
 - Contribute to the commercial strategy and the expansion of the commercial function at Atomo as the company grows
 
Requirements
Proven track record in a Commercial Sales / Business Development management roleExperience in the Point of Care IVD products, Medical Device or Healthcare industry desirableHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesExperience of both B2B and B2C sales channels would be preferredExcellent selling, communication, and relationship management skillsFamiliarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationshipsOn offer :
