About the Role:

Day Shift: 7am-3pm

Core Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in pick and pack, order processing, or warehouse operations
• Competent using WMS systems (cloud-based preferred) and handheld scanners
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in order fulfilment
• Ability to follow pick slips, batch orders, and SOPs with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with goods receiving, dispatch preparation, and basic inventory control
• Forklift licence-High reach essential

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable handling repetitive manual tasks at a consistent pace
• Capable of safely lifting up to 15-25 kg when required

• Safety-conscious and compliant with workplace OH&S procedures

Bonus Attributes

• Previous experience in 3PL, e-commerce fulfilment.
• RF scanning proficiency
• Basic problem-solving skills for stock discrepancies or order issues
