Despatch Coordinator

We are seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join our team in Wetherill Park on a full-time basis. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 to 5 : 30.

• Duties of the role
• Answering inquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely and efficient manner so customers receive their goods on time
• Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful customer service
• Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction
• Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process
• Essential Criteria
• Experience in customer service, within a Call Centre environment preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with good organisation skills
• Comfortable with computers and efficient with data entry
• Effective working in a busy environment and meeting deadlines
