We are seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join our team in Wetherill Park on a full-time basis. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 to 5 : 30.
- Duties of the role
- Answering inquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely and efficient manner so customers receive their goods on time
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction
- Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process
- Essential Criteria
- Experience in customer service, within a Call Centre environment preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with good organisation skills
- Comfortable with computers and efficient with data entry
- Effective working in a busy environment and meeting deadlines
