  • About the Role_
  • Contract Resources is currently looking for a highly motivated HSE Advisor to join our team to work from the Jandakot office, with the requirement to travel to site for project work.

  • Role Accountabilities include
  • Ensure that Corporate and Client required HSE Management requirements are implemented and maintained to a high standard.
  • Identify and report to the Site Project Manager and HSE Lead any high-risk issues that have the potential to impact on HSE compliance
  • Co-ordinate / assist with the development and implementation of JSEA's for work activities
  • Conduct / participate in site inspections of work activities to ensure HSE compliance, as required, participate in audits and inspections conducted by other parties
  • As directed, co-ordinate HSE incident investigations
  • Provide leadership through proactive HSE Management
  • Ensure critical business needs of key stakeholders are met in a timely manner
  • To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industries
  • Minimum - Cert IV WHS
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment is desirable
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of HSE legislation
  • Self-motivated, team driven with a desire to add value to the discipline
  • Personable with strong relationship management skills
  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) capability
  • Well developed IT capabilities (i.e. Word, Excel)
  • Have a high level of analytical and computing skills
  • A current Drivers licence
