Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for, gain and sustain meaningful open employment. It focuses on person‑centred support, employer engagement, and creating lasting inclusion in the workforce.
About the Role
As a Career Development Advisor , you will drive inclusive employment outcomes by connecting people with intellectual disability to local job opportunities. This is a front‑line, target‑driven role where you’ll combine case management with proactive employer engagement to create sustainable employment matches that benefit both the individual and the business.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission to make possibilities a reality—providing tailored support, career development planning, and a strong customer experience for both participants and employers.
