Help shape the future of digital transformation at Australia’s National University

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation initiatives aligned with the ANU Digital Master Plan and ANU Strategy. You will work within one or more value streams to investigate, define and drive effective solutions to meet the University’s complex and evolving needs. This role will support and assist with the delivery of the Digital Master Plan, focusing on the delivery of our Research program.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify, analyse and document business requirements and use cases.
• Lead discovery and ideation workshops to shape innovative solutions.
• Support program teams from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment to business goals.
• Contribute to shaping a consistent business analysis practice through the Analysis Chapter.

About You

You are a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with demonstrated experience delivering results in complex, agile environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and are adept at engaging with diverse user groups, technical teams and senior leaders.

Your qualifications

Experience within higher education or research environments will be highly regarded.
