We are seeking the ideal candidate who embodies the following qualities :

High energy and selfmotivated

Preferred experience in Sales Business Development Management (BDM) and Property Management

Proficient in prospecting and comfortable with phone communication

Customer Service Orientated

Ability to work autonomously and drive personal success

Excellent communication skills

Possesses a valid drivers license

Demonstrates the ability to cultivate dynamic work relationships with our clients and team members.

Candidates who have completed or are completing their certificate in Property Management.

In this role youll be responsible for generating and prospecting new business preparing and executing listing presentations to clients managing existing clients database management preparing and managing legal documentation and supporting our Property Management Team.
