325's Interim Consulting Practice has an ongoing demand for Consulting talent with 2-8 years experience gained in a recognised Strategy Consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, L.E.K., Kearney, Strategy & and Strategy boutiques, Big 4 or experience in a Corporate Strategy role.

Projects - Are typically either in Corporates or supporting boutique strategy consultancies.

Currently we have demand across - Retail & FMCG, Private Equity, Technology, Energy and Healthcare.

Functionally - projects range from Growth Strategy, CDD's, Data Analytics and AI, Strategic review, Cost reduction to operating model improvement.

Duration - Anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months and sometimes longer.

Location - Typically East Coast with increasing scope for remote and part time.

Competencies - Flexible can-do attitude, good modelling skills, strong analytical capability (often supported by good academics)

Day rates - Range from $1000pd to $2000 depending on years of experience, pedigree of consulting experience, the nature of the client and project scope.
