Are you an experienced senior Clinical Care Manager ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?

Here at SustainHealth we are working with a reputable aged care provider in Western Sydney who are seeking a strong and passionate clinical leader to join their team in a large, well-established residential aged care home.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior management role where you can truly make an impact – leading a dedicated team, supporting quality outcomes, and helping shape the future of care delivery.

About the Role

As the Clinical Care Manager you’ll work alongside the Facility Manager to oversee the clinical operations of the home. You’ll lead, support and mentor a team of Clinical Coordinators, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Support staff to ensure high standards of person-centered care are delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the clinical and care team across a large residential aged care facility
  • Support clinical assessments, care planning and ensure compliance with aged care standards
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and education to clinical staff
  • Manage clinical risk, incident reporting, infection control and WHS procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain best-practice clinical governance
  • Collaborate with residents, families, allied health and key stakeholders

What You’ll Bring :

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an RN in aged care
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Manager role, ideally in a large home
  • Solid understanding of aged care legislation, clinical compliance and accreditation standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care or Management
  • Recent management experience working in a large aged care residential facility
