We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, overseeing Jesmond Central and Wallsend Village Shopping Centres. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small, collaborative team environment and take ownership of the centres’ operations and presentation. The Operations Manager will work closely with Centre Management and provide support to the broader team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the operation and presentation of Jesmond Central and Wallsend Village.
• Assist with operational and capital expenditure budgets.
• Manage capital works projects and capital planning, including assisting with tenancy delivery works.
• Respond to base building issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure agreed standards of service delivery are met and cost‑effective.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
• Establish and drive improvements to optimise the Centres’ waste, energy, and water usage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholder groups.
• Assist the Centre team with administrative tasks where required.
