Senior Paraplanner New

My client, is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to play a key role in the advice process - partnering with a team of highly regarded advisers to deliver tailored, compliant, and high-quality financial strategies. You’ll be joining a long-standing Brisbane-based firm renowned for its holistic, client-focused advice across superannuation, investments, SMSFs, retirement, and estate planning. What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with advisers to understand client goals, gather data, and model financial strategies
• Prepare clear, compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) across retirement, wealth, insurance, SMSF and estate planning
• Research financial products, investment options, and superannuation strategies
• Manage implementation tasks – liaise with providers, ensure timely completion and accuracy
• Mentor and support junior paraplanners to ensure workflow efficiency and quality outcomes
• Enhance and refine paraplanning processes, templates, and compliance documentation
• Stay up to date with legislative changes and best practice in financial advice

What do you need?

• 3+ years experience as a Paraplanner
• MUST know how to use XPlan confidently and be able to show others how to use it
• Knowledge across superannuation, retirement, investments and insurance
• Excellent written communication skills – ability to simplify complex advice
• High attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks
