The Opportunity

As a Psychologist at ESA, you'll play a crucial role in providing early intervention and therapy services to support children and families in maximising their independence and participation. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting standardized clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need.
• Providing information, education, and support to clients and families.
• Developing functional, routine-based goals with clients and families.
• Providing evidence-based therapy interventions and resources.
• Reviewing progress and setting new priorities in collaboration with clients and families.
• Supporting inclusion and participation in community activities.
• Collaborating closely with key stakeholders and ensuring ongoing communication and support.
• Focusing on continuous improvement through regular evaluation and review.
