Gaming Attendant | Hillside

We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Sugar Gum Hotel in Hillside . You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

A local landmark located in Hillside, The Sugar Gum Hotel is a favourite with the locals. The venue boasts a spacious family bistro, large kids areas to keep them entertained for hours, plus a casual area referred to as 'the social' the go-to spot for a pre-dinner cocktail or a casual catch-up with friends.

What will my duties include?

• Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
• Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
