The Role...

• Working within a supportive team with a great reputation
• Managing a modest sized local portfolio
• Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
• Managing Maintenance
• Following up on arrears
• Outgoing Condition reports

What we are looking for...

• Minimum 2 years experience managing all facets of a residential portfolio
• Must have a Class 2 licence (will consider candidates that have almost completed Certificate IV)
• Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Highly organised and detail orientated personality
• Professional personal presentation
• A genuine passion for a career in real estate
