We’re working with a leading Australian business seeking an experienced D365 ERP Support Analyst to join their IT team on a fixed-term contract based in South‑East Melbourne.
Base pay range : A$100,000.00 / yr - A$140,000.00 / yr
Hybrid working model - 3 / 2 split, plenty of flexibility.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the go‑to person for D365 user support, triaging and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM system, maintaining clear communication and timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot data, configuration, and integration issues, escalating only when necessary.
- Maintain user access, workflows, batch jobs, and security roles within defined governance.
- Monitor system performance and integrations, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Support data updates, configuration changes, and testing of new releases and patches.
- Contribute to knowledge‑base documentation and reporting on recurring issues to drive improvement.
About you
Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX).Experience across key modules like Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Production, or Warehousing.Familiar with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow or ManageEngine.Exposure to Power Platform, Dataverse, or Customer Engagement modules will be a bonus.Great communicator with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.A team player who’s reliable, customer‑focused, and eager to learn.Why apply?
