Annual Statement Business Analyst

Location : Melbourne , Sydney, Brisbane

Description

This role will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis, data quality and integrity reviews, and work with Superannuation Administration Services to rectify exceptions and issues in the data. You will produce documentation and solution designs associated with the Annual review and Annual Benefit Statement Program as well as other projects within the Superannuation Administration Services to ensure we meet legislative and client deliverables.

Job specification

  • Ensure Interpret new client requirements
  • Perform data analysis and develop thorough test plans
  • Perform functional / integration testing to ensure quality of delivery
  • Produce technical business specification documentation
  • Report progress regularly, escalating matters as appropriate
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately without errors as per agreed timelines

Skills Required :

  • At least 5 years in Superannuation Administration Analyst role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve with a focus on identifying errors and inaccuracies
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL & XML highly desirable
  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with the clients and vendors
  • Ability to work well under pressure and at speed, prioritising and co-ordinating tasks across multiple projects
  • Able to work well on an individual basis and within a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
  • Knowledge of Acurity highly desirable
