  • The Role

    • As the Head of Education, it is your duty to oversee all educational offerings. In this role, you will manage and collaborate closely with the entire education to ensure that all aspects of the company's product development and execution are optimised.

    Having three direct reports and contractors, you are responsible for providing guidance and support that ensures the effective delivery of education and training programs.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Over seeing the development and delivery of high-quality education and training programs that meet the needs of learners and industry requirements.
  • Ensure all courses and educational programs comply with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Leading and managing a team of trainers, assessors, providing guidance and support to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, stakeholders and relevant regulatory bodies to ensure the RTO is meeting industry needs and maintaining compliance.
  • Managing the instructional design process to ensure that all learning materials are developed and delivered in an engaging and effective manner.
  • Staying up to date with emerging trends and best practices in education and training and incorporating these into the RTO's education programmes and services.
  • Previous leadership experience in an RTO is highly desirable.
  • TAE qualification plus relevant health, Wellness, Fitness, Emerging Technologies or industry equivalency qualifications.
  • Strong and current knowledge across the VET sector.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a small team and 'own' the function.
