Cluster Manager - VIC (North West)

With over 140 stores across Australia and New Zealand (and plans to grow!), we're on the lookout for an Cluster Manager to help lead our North West VIC store network.

As a Cluster Manager you will work with and oversee our North West locations to create an unforgettable customer experience in store. You will have a passion for customers and teams and be a true business leader with proven results.

About the role

• Leading  teams across multiple locations you will be store based for 2-3 days per week
• Make customers and their experience in store your priority
• Lead and inspire your teams and consistently role model and coach high performance in line with our company values
• Achieve sales and KPI targets across your cluster stores
• Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns
• Ensure Visual Merchandising  and store presentation standards are exceptional
• Manage stock and prevent loss
• Provide a safe environment for team and customers
