Key Responsibilities :

• Cover houses and buildings with insulation and waterproof surfaces to ensure weatherproofing.
• Conduct site measurements before erecting scaffolding.
• Cut and install roof materials such as insulation, waterproof underlays, sheet metal, and protective paint.
• Attach plumbing and guttering.
• Identify roof defects and carry out maintenance as required.
