Business Analyst

Full Circle Partners is seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who brings a solid understanding of DevOps principles and software testing practices, and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that bridge business needs with technical implementation.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers to gather requirements, map business processes, and ensure smooth delivery of technology solutions within agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to align business needs with DevOps practices
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Support test planning and execution, including UAT coordination and defect management
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Assist in change management activities including training documentation and stakeholder communications
