We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workers Compensation team at Mercer Marsh Benefits as a Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation will build trust with clients and stakeholders providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges while leading a national Client Service team.

We will count on you to :

• Build trust with clients and foster collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
• Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
• Improve clients performance through effective risk mitigation methods
• Project manage client deliverables and maintain daily relationships with clients and their executives
• Recommend suitable solutions based on client analysis activities including claims premiums and policy structures
• Mentor colleagues in business development and professional growth
