This position will focus on optimising sales processes, creating impactful training programs, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams. You will work directly with Sales Leaders to implement team driven initiatives and support all of sales programs as briefed by the Head of Sales Enablement.

To be successful in the role, you'll ideally have at least 4-5 years experience working within a sales enablement or operations role, and strong exposure to B2B sales.
You will have strong communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills, along with a foundational understanding of instructional design. You'll possess excellent project management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic).
You'll be able to think strategically on one hand and not be afraid to role up your sleeves and get your hands dirty on the other - A self-starter, who will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and proactively solve problems to drive success.
Lastly having a solid grasp of the sales process, methodologies, and content creation best practices will score you some extra points.
