Performance Content Creator

We're looking for a Performance Content Creator – someone who lives and breathes short-form content, interested in what makes an ad convert, and can script, shoot, and edit paid creative that performs.

You'll develop mobile-first content for Meta and TikTok, working closely with our Digital Marketing and Performance teams to test and optimise creative. You're confident on camera, know your way around CapCut or Canva, and love turning trends into scroll-stopping ads.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — ideal for someone who's had some experience creating social-first content and is eager to expand their skills in paid creative, performance marketing, and business. You'll play a key role in bringing ad content to life and contribute to creative testing in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The Role : Create short-form ad content from script to final editFilm using mobile (including appearing on camera) and edit with CapCut or similarSource, brief, and edit UGC from creatorsWrite hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive clicksOptimise based on metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROASContribute fresh ideas to weekly testingKeep creative organised and ready to deployOccasionally support content needs across other channels (email, social, website)What You'll Bring : Experience in content creationConfidence filming and editing for social (CapCut, Canva, in app editing tools)Strong short-form writing instincts (hooks, captions, ad copy)Comfortable in front of the cameraFamiliarity with what performs on TikTok and MetaOrganised, adaptable, and willing to take initiativeOpen-minded and eager to learn new skills, tools, and creative approachesBonus : Understanding of paid ad performance metricsApply now with yourCV and link to any content created.
