Bulk Cooking / Mine Sites.

White Cards and Medicals can be advantageous. Hotels / Pub / Resorts. Working in a team of approx. 3-6 people.A la Carte style food.Lunch and DinnerStarting as soon as possible for a 4 – 8 week contract.Ongoing jobs after successful completion Resorts. Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus :

Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skillsHave a valid Food Safety Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor CertificateCan produce consistent qualityHave a positive and 'can do' attitudeOwn traditional uniform and knivesHave experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cookingHave a keen eye with high attention to detailWould like to assist with menu planning and suggestionsEnjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.White Card advantageous for the bulk cooking sites.
