About The Role
- Manage and oversee a reduced caseload, working primarily with children aged 0–18 with conditions such as sensory processing disorders, ADHD, and ASD.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a dynamic team of junior therapists.
- Collaborate with private clients and NDIS participants to deliver tailored therapy plans.
- Balance clinical responsibilities with leadership duties in a flexible work environment.
- Conduct therapy sessions in both mobile and clinic settings, using state-of-the-art tools and resources.
Skills & Experience
Degree in Occupational Therapy.Current AHPRA registrationMinimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, including mentoring or team leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to fostering professional growth within your team.Benefits & Perks
