Job descriptionDegree in Occupational Therapy. Current AHPRA registration Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, including mentoring or team leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to fostering professional growth within your team. Hybrid Role, WFH Competitive salary package : $120,000–$150,000 + super + benefits. Regular salary reviews every 6 months. Professional development budget of $1,500 with regular training opportunities. Access to a company car for travel convenience. About The Role
- Manage and oversee a reduced caseload, working primarily with children aged 0–18 with conditions such as sensory processing disorders, ADHD, and ASD.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a dynamic team of junior therapists.
- Collaborate with private clients and NDIS participants to deliver tailored therapy plans.
- Balance clinical responsibilities with leadership duties in a flexible work environment.
- Conduct therapy sessions in both mobile and clinic settings, using state-of-the-art tools and resources.
