• The Opportunity

The ICT Support Officer will be responsible for assisting the IT Team to provide support for the ICT needs of the business.

• The Duties
• General desktop support duties including software installation, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
• Responding to helpdesk requests in a timely manner
• Supporting our remote and overseas employees who have no local ICT support
• Network / Infrastructure maintenance
• Performing system backups and test restorations
• Maintenance of software and hardware
• Maintenance of the asset register
• Participate in global initiatives
• Other reasonable duties as directed
• Key Requirements
• Essential : _
• 2-3 years' previous experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to use analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve IT incidents
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite, SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 and Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience in cloud device enrolment and mobile device management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from culturally diverse backgrounds
• Ability to perform well under pressure, use initiative and have strong attention-to-detail
• Highly motivated and willing to continually update knowledge and skill sets
• Desirable : _
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
• Strong understanding of Active Directory Objects, Attributes, Domains, Forests and Group Policies
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Knowledge of video conferencing systems
