Workplace Assistant / Facilities Coordinator

Join our team of intelligent and collaborative Changemakers and make your mark on tomorrow! In this role, you'll work with the National Workplace team as a Workplace Assistant supporting the Perth office.

As a member of our small but highly valued Workplace Team, you will be immaculately presented and provide a mature, composed and professional service to both internal staff and our valued clients.

• What you'll do
• Provide support and assistance to the Workplace Manager, WA.
• Work with the Workplace team to maintain a tidy, safe and functional agile working environment
• Provide assured, efficient, timely, in-house, technical AV support (video conference and all communication platforms) to our internal and external clients with a particular focus on front-of-house and client-facing spaces
• Action invoices and other finance and administrative processes related to front of house in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintenance and purchase of general operating stationery, copy paper, office equipment and consumables
• What we'll love about you
• Comfortable with new technology and able to learn processes and troubleshoot problems calmly and quickly
• Experience working in a similar role or in the industries of hospitality or customer service will be highly regarded
• Ability to have a strong customer service focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Polished and professional presentation
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• A self-starter who can work independently, but also contribute proactively to a strong team environment
