- Purpose of your role
This is a newly created role for a highly motivated Content Enablement Specialist to join our expanding OFX team in the APAC region. You will be responsible for developing engaging content to drive clients into the OFX acquisition funnel, ensuring the right message reaches the right buyer at the right time. You'll be a key player in building user-generated content (UGC) to establish credibility within key industries and products in the APAC market.
- Develop content for client acquisition, activation, and cross-sell strategies within the APAC region.
- Ensure relevant messaging is delivered to buyers across Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) at the appropriate stage in their buying journey.

This role will help the APAC Marketing team to deliver customer growth programmes across Small Business and Corporate segments with content assets that are on brand and at scale. In particular, it will develop various types of content spanning across industries, prospect pain points and audience type which will be delivered via our Account Based Marketing (ABM) platform. You'll think holistically and omni-channel across a client acquisition journey to optimise content.
This role is passionate about the written word spanning several disciplines including Brand and Creative, Content strategy and Copywriting, B2B customer marketing, Partnership marketing, Sales Enablement and Social marketing.
The role will have a dotted line to the Global Brand and Content Manager. It will work extremely closely with the APAC Snr B2B Demand Generation & Portfolio Managers, Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing) and Partnership Manager.
Operating in a very dynamic B2B fintech market, you will understand how to build and execute on B2B campaigns, be externally curious around the competitive environment and internally committed to delivering quality brand & product campaigns to drive direct acquisition and support sales teams with quality leads into the pipeline.

- Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute a content enablement strategy aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives for the APAC region.
- Partner with others in Marketing, Commercial, Operations to develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end client B2B buyer experience and activation journey.
- Recommend a content strategy that's relevant for each stage of our prospect and client journeys.
- Translate pain points into solutions using your knowledge of our platform. Develop reasons to believe and simple actions to progress through the journey.
- Use your understanding of SEO to develop content for website to grow consideration, conversion and enhance organic search.
- Continuously optimise content for ABM using campaign performance results, competitive intelligence, insights and feedback from Commercial teams
- Tailor content to specific ICPs and buying stages, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- UGC & Community Building
- Develop and implement strategies to develop UGC from satisfied clients.
- Build relationships with key influencers and industry experts to amplify content reach.
- Monitor online conversations and engage with clients to build community and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the demand generation managers, digital growth team, web producers, CRO specialists, design & brand team, sales team, and regional partners to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
- Communicate content strategy and performance to stakeholders.
- Contribute to building ongoing global content assets, templates, processes, and a central knowledge hub.

- Work with internal legal teams to ensure all content is legally compliant within the APAC region.
