Identify new business initiatives & work with existing clients to identify potential new projects. Create a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture. Ensure that projects are being delivered to the highest quality. Mentor the team to develop optimised design solutions, reviewing deliverables and providing high level technical expertise. Manage the design approval process in accordance with project requirements. Oversee the technical content and provide value adding solutions. Participate in continuous safety improvement programs. Key Requirements Bachelor of Engineering. 10+ years of working experience leading a team of Electrical Engineers. Experience working with multidisciplinary engineers. Experience working on projects with Tier 1 mining companies. Extensive experience with low voltage design in the mining industry. Knowledge of installation and maintenance of electrical systems / equipment used for plant operations in mining. PLC, SCADA and network systems exposure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
